It took me a while but I have finally popped the question to all seven of my beautiful bridesmaids! Despite my worries about our wedding being on a Thursday and during term time (and three of them are teachers!), all of them said yes and have made me super happy in doing so. I feel very lucky to have each one of them in my life.
I wasn’t sure exactly how to ask them and I knew that my own words would probably fail me, so I needed a helping hand. I ended up opting for some simple cards that I customised from Zazzle. They were a brilliant price and great quality so I actually went on to buy my Save The Dates from Zazzle too. Keep an eye out for discount codes and sales on Zazzle as they seem to be quite regular and can save you lots of money.
But during my research I came across loads of brilliantly fun ways to propose to your bridesmaids, so I thought I’d share some of my favourites here as inspiration for anyone else with the exciting task ahead of them.
I very nearly went with these amazing scratch-off cards for my bridesmaids. So cool!
I love the jewellery gifts available from ForTheMaids on Etsy. They are all gorgeous and would be a lovely way to ask your bridesmaids to be part of your big day.
With the rise in popularity of subscription boxes, how about this DIY bridesmaid box? Take a closer look at what’s inside and how to make it over at Smitten On Paper.
Or, why not give your bridesmaids a bottle of bubbly adorned with one of these free printable labels to kickstart the celebrations?
Similarly, I love these gorgeous personalised champagne glasses, which you can edit to ask “Will you be my bridesmaid?”
How did you propose to your Bridesmaids? Or if you haven’t popped the question yet, what are your favourite ideas? I’d love to hear from you, so let me know in the comments section below.
Exciting times! Thanks for reading 🙂

These are all so cute! I would say yes regardless if it were a friend asking, but it would be lovely to get something so adorable 🙂
That’s nice that all of your bridesmaids said yes! I bet it makes everything that much more exciting when your closest can be part of the celebration!
